Please Note:
I've been asked several times if I will sell my boxes/inserts from the dolls since I usually de box everything. While it's okay to ask please don't get your hopes up. As weird as it sounds I tend to collect boxes as well so usually they stay with me. Also from time to time when I need more space I stick some of the dolls back inside the boxes, that's why I keep them. The only time I will say "yes" for sure is if the dolls I have or get happen to come from the series with the same or similar boxes. Let me give you a few examples below:
My Sailor Moon Dolls
Sailor Moon Dolls
So far I only have one doll but I believe that even in Japan only one doll was made. This is the Korean version of the main character. She is 35 cm tall (14 inches) with molded gloves, boots, permanently clasped neckband and removable outfit. Some of the members said that she is the most accurate doll ever and I agree. She also has very correct hairstyle with real
odangos.
Sailor Moon R Dolls
Bandai Japan Ami and Sailor Mercury with Bandai Europe Sailor Mars and Venus.
While the box of this Korean Sailor Moon doll is dated 1992 her brooch appears to be more fitting to the R season thus I placed her in this section. For some reason she does not come with gloves, neckband or stand but does have removable outfit, boots and rooted hair. She also comes with two trading cards and a hybrid wand that looks like a mix of Crescent and Heart Wand. Actually Sonokong also released the full sized electronic copy of that hybrid wand and according to sailormoontoys.com it plays a music from Supers. The wand this doll comes with is of course just a pretend.
Bandai Europe Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter from "R special edition" series. Now I have Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus and the only "R season" doll I'm missing is Bandai Japan Chibi Usa doll from 1993-1994
Sailor Moon S Dolls
Bandai Asia Sailor Uranus, Bandai Japan Sailor Neptune, Bandai Asia Sailor Pluto and Bandai Japan Sailor Pluto. For some reason no Sailor Saturn doll (aside for a UFO plush) was made even though Sailor Moon S was the first season she appeared in. Sailor Uranus came in box and with one card but her box was so beat up that I took her out and gave her a stand. She was quite a steal for only $15. Also Bandai Asia dolls tend to be taller than Bandai Japan dolls but it works perfectly in terms of scale for Uranus and Neptune. For some reason Bandai Sailor Pluto from both series is dressed in purple. Bandai Japan Pluto also has correct hairstyle but Bandai Asia Pluto for some reason has incorrect loose hairstyle similar to Sailor Mars.
Rare Korean Sailor Moon S Dream Pocket doll or that's how she looks like. I got her loose without original box, gloves, neckband and pouch and gave her PGS Mars gloves and neckband. First picture shows her in her original condition and the second shows her in re-furbished condition. Although she may have originally came without gloves since some of the Korean dolls do.
Sailor Moon Supers Dolls
Bandai Japan IRS Talking Super Sailor Mercury (Crystal Change Series), Regular Team Sailor Venus, Bandai Japan Talking Super Sailor Chibi Moon and Excellent Team Sailor Saturn dolls. Perhaps the most expensive and most rare item in my collection is the Sailor Saturn doll. She is the first doll made of that character even though Saturn made no appearance in Sailor Moon Supers anime. She has brown hair and comes in a very detailed box. She goes for quite a lot on eBay but in my case she is staying with me. She was my number one Sailor Moon doll on my wishlist.
Bandai Japan Talking Super Sailor Moon (Chara Talk series), so now I have two Chara Talk dolls and one Crystal Change doll. It would actually be kind of nice if I can get Mars, Jupiter and Venus Crystal Change dolls to make the "Supers" team complete but what am I talking about? Those dolls are way too expensive
Sailor Moon Stars Dolls
Bandai Japan Beauty Change Eternal Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Mercury, Pluto, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. These dolls appear to be in high demand which makes them extremely hard to find and expensive. It took me several years to collect these in order to complete the set (there's also Starlights but I'm not interested in them). For some reason Sailor Moon, Sailor Uranus and Mercury are the ones I see quite often while others tend to be more rare (especially Saturn). Anyone has any ideas why is that so? And yes, Mars has brown hair (though correct hair color is black) and Pluto is dressed in calm purple and has incorrectly loose hairstyle and Venus has a ponytail instead of the loose hair sectioned with red bow to keep them from her face.
Bandai Japan Dream Pocket Eternal Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Pluto and Saturn. Once again Sailor Pluto is dressed in bright purple while Saturn is more violet. Pluto also has ponytail for hairstyle, which once again is incorrect.
Bandai Japan Excellent Pose Eternal Sailor Moon doll purchased loose in her extra outfit. She originally came in a box with full Eternal Sailor Moon suit and Eternal tier plus this red and white outfit with "Beauty Change" function (can be pulled off for a "transformation" effect if she has her suit underneath). Her hair were a royal mess but I was able to restore it
Sailor Moon Italian Dolls (S, SS and Stars)
This dolls are made by Giochi Presiozi but are similar to Bandai dolls save for small details in face molds and outfits. Both Super Sailor Chibi Moon and Super Sailor Moon with Crescent wand are talking dolls but only Super Sailor Moon is IRS capable, which means that you can make her talk by using the Crescent Wand. The wand is incorrect to the season but the set is still a nice find. Both Mercury and Talking Chibi Moon were removed from the box before I took pictures of them in original boxes so I placed them back for a quick picture. That's why they have their gloves and neckbands on.
This is the Italian Version of Eternal Sailor Moon (front, back and in extra outfit). I got her loose so she is missing her box, gloves and wand (for some reason the Italian version came with a heart wand from S instead of a tier from stars). Her hair also need some fixing and I might get the gloves from one of the members.
Here are two more Italian S season dolls. Moon's box is broken and her ponytails are a bit ratty looking. Venus is the earring version (very similar doll was sold in the same box only with cards and different insert) and appears to be in perfect condition. The earrings are clip-on style so even if you don't have pierced ears you can wear them.
Italian Beauty Change Sailor Mars doll that came close in price to Eternal Sailor Moon doll only of course Moon was purchased loose and Mars came complete in box. Now I only need Italian Beauty Change Venus to complete the Italian Beauty Change set. At the very least I need Sailor Venus's extra orange dress since the Venus from the S series (with earrings) has the same face mold, hairstyle and sailor suit as the Beauty Change. The picture used is from the auction but will be replaced as soon as I take one I'm satisfied with
Sera Myu World Sailor Moon Mini Collection Dolls
Bandai World Sailor Moon Mini Collection Eternal Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Chibi Moon, DX set 1 (Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus) and DX set 2 (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Saturn). All dolls are 15 cm tall (6 inches) or the Dream Pocket size and are dressed in outfits loosely based on Sailor Moon Musicals. Moon and Chibi Moon come with extra outfits while DX sets become pop-out play sets for the dolls
This doll appears to be some sort of "special edition" or a "send for" item. She bears a striking resemblance to the Stars Dream Pocket Eternal Sailor Moon only she comes on a pink cardboard insert (that has the Sailor Moon World logo) in a clear plastic bag and instead of wings her uniform has a big metallic hot pink/magenta bow. As far as I know she was made by Nakayoushi and appears to be a mini copy of the standard sized individual Sailor Moon Sera Myu doll that also had no wings but a big bow in the back.
Sailor Moon World Sailor Moon Mini Collection Dolls
Bandai World Sailor Moon Mini Collection Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. Each doll is 15 cm tall (6 inches) and comes with extra school uniform, backpack, shoes and transformation wand from the first season. Sailor Jupiter was my very first Sailor Moon doll so she holds a lot of sentimental value even though Sailor Saturn is my #1 favorite character. Sailor Mercury was my third Sailor Moon doll and a gift for my 17th birthday from my parents :)
Bandai World Sailor Moon Mini Collection Sailor Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Once again all dolls are 15 cm tall but Pluto is dressed in dark purple though has the correct hairstyle.
Bandai World Sailor Moon Mini Collection Crisis Super Moon, Chibi Usa and Sailor Saturn. Chibi Usa comes with a Time Key, which can be used for cosplay and Saturn appears to come in two versions. One doll has Sailor Moon style purple boots and another one has correct violet boots with molded shoelaces. The boxes and dolls are exactly the same save for that small detail. All dolls are 15 cm tall. Sailor Saturn with correct boots was my second Sailor Moon doll, which I purchased on eBay back then for about $40 (low considering for how much she usually goes for). Back then I thought that my collection will end up very small. Not quite the case...
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Dolls
2003-2004 15 cm Sailor Moon dolls and the last dolls made of Sailor Moon characters for now. The dolls are based on Live Action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon show that aired in Japan between 2003 and 2004. Sailor Luna (last doll) appears to be a special edition doll because she is in different box and tends to be pricier than the other dolls.
This is the only black haired Usagi doll ever made and the hardest doll to find from the PGSM doll line. She comes with a play set that can be either a bedroom or a Karaoke place and a cute figure of PGSM Luna. ^^
Bandai America Sailor Moon Dolls
This are all the boot version mini dolls aside for Queen Beryl of course. I got them without boxes off of eBay for pretty cheap. Jupiter's outfit needs a clean up though. I do wish to find standard versions one day (save for Queen Beryl). I don't know why Bandai decided to give them Sailor Moon like boots but who knows?
Bandai America standard dolls with sailor moon style boots appear to be some of the first dolls produced in US. I finally have a complete set of Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus
These appear to be prototype mini dolls or may be from earlier series. Their hands are shaped differently and they are a little taller. I got them as part of the lot so I'm not really complaining that they came without boxes or stands.

Irwin 1997 and 2000-2001 Sailor Moon Dolls
This are the first wave standard Irwin dolls consisting of Super Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Pluto. Chibi Moon comes in box similar to Moon's but her picture gives you a better idea of the insert. Pluto is dressed in silver but comes with correct boots, hairstyle and an extra outfit.
Toys R Us Special set, Sailor Venus and Sailor Chibi Moon dolls. Chibi Moon came in yellow box and the Toys R Us set came in blue box similar to Sailor Venus
These are the 2000 Inner Sailor Senshi dolls. I got them loose for very cheap so they are missing their stands and boxes. Their hair were a bit frizzy but once I ran them through hot water they lost all the frizzy feeling. Moon still needs a bit of clean up for her knees and boots though.
Sailor Pluto arrives dressed in correct color with correct hairstyle but her skin tone is a little too light and plus she has sleeves (while the correct costume is sleeveless). I have no complaints about Saturn though even if I was able to afford her only after someone listed her on eBay without her box and plastic head wrap for hair. But even loose she goes between $60 and $90 and as for the mint in box, her price can shoot up way over $100. She was "Special Edition" doll so I guess that does increase her value.

2001 release Princess Serenity and 2001 Special Edition Super Sailor Moon doll bought in a customized box. Super Sailor Moon came complete with original outfit, stand and wand but the Princess Serenity came missing her hair beads and original bracelet and is also wearing a dress of the 1997 Princess Serenity.

World Sailor Mercury loose doll, Pretty Guardian Sailor Mars and World Sailor Venus complete doll. Sailor Mercury (or Ami) arrived only in her school uniform and underwear missing shoes, backpack, transformation wand, warrior suit, tiara, boots and gloves. She is now dressed in the blue dress from World Outfit DX set 1. Pretty Guardian Mars came complete in box but I needed her gloves and neckband for the Korean Moon so I re-dressed her in the red dress from World outfit DX set 2. Sailor Venus came complete in box but apparently was removed from the box and put back into it. I re-dressed her in her school uniform (that came with her) and placed her other outfit and accessories (except for tiara) into a ziplock bag and placed it in the box with her

Sailor Jupiter in Sera Myu outfit from Sailor Moon Mini Collection DX set 1. She is the last one I needed to complete my collection of dolls for clothes modeling. I already have extra Ami and Minako (Sailor Mercury and Venus from World Mini Collection series) and Rei (Sailor Mars from Pretty Guardian series). Sailor Moon Doll Outfits and Accessories
The two outfits above are taken from 15 cm (6 inch dolls) by the seller and were purchased by me without dolls. They both come from World series. The Venus outfit comes from World Mini Collection Venus doll (that came with extra school uniform) and the Moon outfit (missing brooch) came from the special edition doll (I believe she was a special send for doll originally). Even though it is the Eternal Sailor Moon doll outfit it has a big bow in the back, style similar to one of the Sera Myu Eternal Sailor Moon dolls released in 1999. I also have the Crisis Super Sailor Moon outfit and two Sailor Moon DX outfit sets. The Sailor Moon DX 1 set has outfits for World (15 cm or 6 inch) Sailor Mercury and Jupiter and Sailor Moon DX 2 set has outfits for World (15 cm or 6 inch) Sailor Mars and Venus.
The gloves are from Italian Eternal Beauty Change Sailor Moon and they fit mine perfectly. I got them separately. They are very similar to the Japanese BC Moon doll but the feather accessories on the gloves have a bit less detail in them. The red boots are for Sailor Moon Mini Collection dolls and at some point belonged to Sailor Moon doll from that series. I plan to dress my Korean Dream Pocket Moon in them.
Pink transparent Crystal Power transformation wand perfect scale for either Candy Toys or 15 cm (6 inch) dolls. I have no idea which series it belongs to but it's cute

Sailor Moon UFO and Other Plush
Hotaru and Naru plush key chains from wonderful killmineko. According to their tags both were made for the S season of Sailor Moon. I believe that Hotaru plush is the only Hotaru doll ever made in her school uniform. Too bad Bandai didn't make separate school outfit for Sailor Saturn doll. Other UFO dolls from this series include Usagi, Chibi Usa, Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna in their S season school/college uniforms as well as Mimet and Black Lady (Dark Lady/Wicked Lady) even though she is from the R season. I have Naru and Hotaru ^^! Only time will tell if I get into plush :) Okay I do kind of want to find Chibi Usa and Usagi from this set...

This is how they look out of the box. The box are not display kind so you don't really know how they look until you buy them. This figures are not pose able and come with cloth outfits, snap on boots, gloves and accessories. They also have small bases that snap together. Eternal Moon, Super Uranus and Super Neptune were also made.
Super Sailor Chibi Moon candy toy from Supers season plus extra Super Sailor Chibi Moon World candy toy (the one with pink base). I kind of like the Super Sailor Chibi Moon from Supers better because I think that her pink and white coloring are better coordinated. The world figure looks a little washed out.

Sailor Moon Key Chains
I'm not real big on key chains and didn't had any besides the Irwin Luna ones that came with Irwin dolls but after getting an almost complete set of these as a free gift and completing it (thanks to chelsecandy) I must say that this are some of the cutest key chains! Oh sure Uranus and Neptune are missing their swing chains but so what? Plus I now have Chibi Chibi and Starlights and their merchandise is REALLY hard to get now!
I got this cute key chain along with my Sailor Moon Nakayoushi doll but I have no idea what series this key chain belongs to and if where were any other made. She appears to be a "face" key chain since it's shaped like a semi-transparent pink flower and has a Super Sailor Moon's face (from fourth season) on it in a crescent shaped photography. I wonder if other Sailor Senshi were made in similar fashion because if they were I'd really love to get Mercury because blue is my favorite color

Mysterious Sailor Moon Supers and Stars DVD Sets
This appear to be some kind of either fan-sub or a high quality bootleg DVD sets of Sailor Moon SS and Stars. Both sets have original Japanese version with optional English subtitles. The SS set also has American dub version as well. The last picture shows the inside pictures of the DVD cases as well as the DVD disks themselves. I'd like to get the official DVD one of this days but until then I'd hold on to these.

This is apparently a well-made Japanese bootleg of an actual hardcover Japanese edition of volume 4 Original Picture Collection.

Sailor Moon Books
Yep! All of the books are the re-printed Manga and I got all 12 volumes plus both extra volumes with short stories!^^ Some of them appear to be the first edition because they came with sticker sheets while others did not. And I know for sure that all of the books are official.
Prism Time volume 1 is not exactly a Sailor Moon book but is written by the same author. Plus the three girls on the cover have quite a resemblance to the Sailor Moon characters. In my opinion they look like Ami (blue haired blue eyed girl), Hotaru (only this girl has green eyes and brown hair unlike Hotaru who has black hair and violet eyes) and Naru (only this girl has brown eyes unlike Naru who has green eyes)
Sailor Moon Play sets, Stickers, Cards and Stationary Items
A synthetic doll pop-up play set (three dolls include Jun Jun, Usagi and a young Hotaru), clear envelope with Venus sticker on it, two thank you cards (cute and little ^^), a note sheet with Chibi Usa, Usagi and Mamoru from R season, two "mystery paper items" (at least that's how they feel like), two pictures (weirdly colored) of Sailor Senshi that look like iron-on transfers, an envelope from Supers magnet and a card wrap from North American cards
All of my Sailor Moon cards, stickers, paper stamps and magnets up to now. Most of them came as free gifts when I purchased certain Sailor Moon items so I'm not sure which series they belong to. I tend to keep them in a plain binder with clear card file sheets but since I'm not really into cards I didn't really organize them and in some cases I ended up with duplicates
The weird yet somehow irresistibly cute Sailor Moon pencil case. Most likely it's a bootleg due to weird character colors, character mix-ups and lack of proper copyright. The only thing it does say that might have to do something with copyrights is DA HE BACHELOR STATIONARY printed inside and on the back. I also find it hilarious how the metal insert turns into a multiplication table sheet (on the back) and pencil case has a blue-lined drawn computer keyboard under the insert.
Random Sailor Moon Stuff
As far as I know the Crescent Wand top with Crystal comes from the Sailor Moon lipstick wand (which I wish I had). As for the pin I don't know what series it comes from and as for the necklace I have no idea if it is even a Sailor Moon item but it's crescent shaped. This items were part of one of the eBay lots
Sailor Moon Crescent Wand Lip gloss that I was able to finally get after searching for one for months! It's a cute mini replica of the first season crescent wand but the lip gloss (which is supposed to be strawberry pink) is completely white and apparently too old to be used. Still it's a nice mini prop but unfortunately it seems to be getting quite rare. There was also a pink first season mini locket that was also a lip gloss but I can't find it anywhere
Sailor Moon Rings with stick one gems in the center. Once I got them I replaced the gems so the color of the ring would match the color of the character (Moon=yellow, Mercury=blue, Mars=red, Jupiter=green, Venus=orange and Luna=purple). The green ring is missing the gem but the rings came with one gem missing. I'd like to get more of this rings with at least one with Jupiter.
Sailor Moon Friend Rings (I now have a complete set of six plus extra Moon, Mars, Jupiter (without character gem) and Luna), stick-on earrings set and pendant+crescent earrings set. The pendant and earrings are so tiny ^^. I was actually pleasantly surprised since when I saw pictures of it I though that the pendant will be on a big sort of tacky side but it's no bigger than a penny. All of them came in one auction lot for VERY cheap :)
Bandai America Sailor Moon Cosmic Crescent box that contains a legendary "silver crystal" and is shaped like Sailor V's compact ^^. More like a role playing toy only it doesn't have a mirror inside and turns into a mini storage box. The crystal can be taken out of the middle and either worn as a ring (child sized) or attached to the included necklace for a pendant
Custom/Customized Sailor Moon Stuff
Sailor Venus Moon doll or my first attempt at customizing. I used an extra 2000 Sailor Moon doll that I won in a lot with another one. She was missing her gloves and tiara plus her hair were a mess. I customized her suit and boots with some stick on gems, glitter glue and an orange back bow taken from an extra World doll's outfit. Her tiara came from extra Sailor Venus's outfit set I had and her neckband is a plain orange hair tie (without the metal part). Her gloves came from Italian S Sailor Moon doll (I had two so I re-dressed one in the Japanese Crisis outfit). I also groomed her hair and made the shields from red plastic beads. Not the best but still pretty good for the first try
This Sailor Moon first season customized plush was made using a beat-up Sailor Moon R plush as a base. I bought a SMR plush with a plastic brooch really cheap because her color was bleeding off and the owner was going to throw her away. I washed her, patched up some of the torn spots and replaced the back bow. The glove trims and boots were sewn out of felt and sewn onto the plush and the brooch was re-painted gold with some beads glued onto it to make it look like a first season brooch. I also detached her hands from the transformed pose to a waving pose and added a yellow thread hanging cord.
Items I Sold or Traded
Yep! I won an extra one and traded her for Japanese R Sailor Mercury. She appears to be pretty rare though. Once someone listed her on eBay for around $30 or so and she was bought within an hour or whereabouts. The few I saw on bid options went anywhere between $40 and $60. I hardly see her now for sale.
Eternal Sailor Moon boots for Dream Pocket and World Mini Collection dolls. I bought them along with loose Ami doll back in December and recently traded for the red World Mini Collection boots. They had little slits in the back but otherwise they were cute.
Not a lot but enough to cause space shortage :)
